Anuradha Das Mathur

Anuradha is the Founder and Dean of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and also the Senior Adviser for Dentons Global Advisors’ (formerly known as the Albright Stonebridge Group) India practice. She also serves as a Managing Director at the CFO Collective, a boutique media company serving India’s senior finance community; and a Co-founder at Samarth - an eldercare company. She is passionate about financial independence for women and improving their participation in the workforce - and much of what she does - loops back to this mission.

Pramath Raj Sinha

Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha is the Co-founder of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, Founder and Chairman of Ashoka University, a leading liberal arts institution in India, and the Founding Dean of ISB, a top global business school. He is also the Founder of Harappa (now part of upGrad). A pioneer in Indian higher education, Dr. Sinha has led initiatives such as an entrepreneurship fellowship for the Himalayan region and a design university for the built environment. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Founder of the 9.9 Group. He is the author of An Idea Whose Time Has Come (2011) and Learn, Don’t Study (2023) and has been recognized as one of India’s top management thinkers.
