The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is a unique alternative to the traditional MBA programme. The Programme's mission is to prepare women with potential to achieve fulfilling careers, and create a cadre of successful women professionals for the 21st century. It is an 18-month full-time, residential programme with a re-imagined pluridisciplinary curriculum that has been carefully crafted to the expectations of employers today. The Programme is a combination of classroom learning, hands-on work experience, and mentoring and coaching by some of the most inspiring academics and professionals of our time. A professional certificate in Management Practice and Leadership is awarded on successful completion of the Programme.
Our Governing Council includes women leaders from across the globe such as Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Director Emeritus at McKinsey & Company Joanna Barsh, CEO of 20-first Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, Dean, Sprott School of Business at Carleton University Dana Brown, celebrated Principal of the Lady Shri Ram College for Women Meenakshi Gopinath, former Managing Director of Britannia Industries Vinita Bali, and Founder Principal of Sanskriti School Gowri Ishwaran.

CAMPUS AND RESIDENCE
Campus
The Clarion Collection (Qutub Hotel) is surrounded by vast stretches of green, with the historic monument of Qutub Minar in the backdrop providing an ideal environment for learning and scholarship. Studying at this idyllic locale in the heart of the bustling metropolis of New Delhi, students will get to hobnob with the who’s who of academia, business, government, politics and more.
Residence
The residential area for all students at Vedica is in Katwaria Sarai, part of South Delhi that is dotted with medieval era colonies or 'sarais'. The Vedica Hostel is a modern, fully-equipped and secure residence provided to all students at Vedica; their home away from home! The hostel is less than 1 kilometre away from the Clarion Collection (Qutab Hotel), making the travel between ‘home’ and ‘campus’ seamless.
Students will be given twin-sharing rooms with air-conditioning and attached bathrooms. The residence will also be wifi-enabled to ensure an effective working environment for students even in the comfortable spaces of their residence. The hostel includes a separate dining area/mess where all student meals are served in a clean and sanitized environment by servers who will always greet you with an affectionate smile.
Safety and Supervision
Vedica has an experience of hosting young women for 5 years at its hostel premises. It is dedicated towards each student that it takes on board and provides personal touch and care to everyone on campus as well as the hostel residence. The hostel has two proactive wardens, in-house programme team members, efficient housekeeping staff, 24/7 security guards as well as cctv cameras. It is fire hazard proof, and provides emergency medical kits within its premises. Adding to further safety measures, it also keeps a log of entry and exit of each resident.
