  • Educational Background: Our selection process is background-agnostic i.e students from varied educational backgrounds are eligible to apply.
  • Fresher: Final year undergraduate student/graudation completed
  • Work-ex: Candidates with work experience are eligible to join the programme
  • There is no age limit to apply to Vedica

Application cycle

Vedica conducts interviews in four rounds. The admissions are on a rolling basis i.e we evaluate applications until we've filled all the slots for the incoming class.

The earlier you apply, better the chances of you making it to our next cohort.

SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION
Our application process requires you to fill in an online application form. The form will entain the following sections
  • Details of academic background
  • Work experience
  • Internship details
  • Essay question
  • Extra-curriculars
  • Documents to be uploaded: Resume and passport-size photograph
  • Application fee
We shortlist students based on the overall profile. We look beyond your past academic performance and look for potential to do well. Your thoughts on women and work will be assessed through the essay question.
Shortlised profiles will be interviewed by the Programme Team at Vedica. Interviews last about 30-45 minutes and you will be assessed for your potential and ambition to become a successful woman leader in the future.
  • The interviews will be conducted in-person for Delhi candidates and virtually on Google meet for candidates outside of Delhi.
  • In case you are from Delhi and would like to be interviewed virtually, you can request for the same to the admissions team.
  • In some cases, a second round of evaluation can be conducted in the form of a personal interview or a written/video assignment.
Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within three weeks of the interview. You will receive a communication from the admissions team regarding the final decision on your candidature. Possible outcomes being Accepted, Rejected or Waitlisted.
  • Accepted candidates will receive an admission letter with guidelines to secure the admission seat.
  • Waitlisted candidates will have to wait for further communication from the admissions team on their further evaluation.
  • Rejected candidates are not eligible to apply in the same year.
