December 19, 2018: The ongoing placement season for the Class of 2018 at Vedica Scholars Programme for Women continues to be abundant with exciting opportunities for the millennial women on campus!

Vedica has welcomed several new recruiters on campus this year, and our Scholars have received offers from e-commerce, start-ups and the Big4. This year, till now we have had 82 Companies participate for the campus recruitment. More than 80 companies are on campus for our cohort of 70 scholars, with more than two opportunities being offered per scholar. These companies include: Airtel Payments Bank, OYO Rooms, Uber, Zomato, Nearbuy, Fortigo, Academe India, GCF Education, Kraftshalla, NephroPlus, Ad Astra Consultants, Feedback Infra, Sheroes, Nayara Energy, IPE Global, Samagra, eGovernments Foundation, Benori Knowledge Solutions, Institute of Competiveness, Western Digital Corporation, POPxo.

Previous recruiters who came back again include: Nestle, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, SoulTree, Max SkillFirst, Core Diagnostics, ZS Associates, FSSAI, Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG), SecureNow, Kantar, Truly Madly, Moglix, Tata Trust, MMTC-PAMP.

Vedica Scholars have been placed in diverse roles and with organizations that span across sectors - Consulting, Research, Digital, Technology, Public Policy, FMCG, Insurance, Infrastructure, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare and other sectors. Some of the interesting new roles and opportunities offered on campus this year are Growth Hacker, Product Managers, Operations Manager, Customer Experience and Business Development, Capacity Building Managers in the Founders Team, Programme Manager and EA to Country Manager. Average salaries are currently at INR 9.2 lakhs and highest salary on campus is INR ~18 lakhs.
