Vedica offers comprehensive placement support and guarantees an appropriate placement to every Scholar. With its promise to employers that every Scholar will be the right blend of strong values, skills and knowledge, Vedica has received strong interest and endorsement from recruiters and industry, at large.
The Vedica placement process takes about four months. Through a series of placement preparation sessions, ranging from delivery by industry experts to one-on-one individual meetings, the Scholars are equipped to undergo interviews effectively and pursue careers of their choice. Placements commence with a series of pre-placement talks (PPT) by recruiters, with national and global presence, along with sharing opportunities.
The talks pertain to the organisations' philosophies, culture, work ethos, and their expectations. Vedica thereafter follows the respective company's placement process, which may include Expressions of Interest, various interview rounds, involving GDs, tests, technical rounds etc. Through the entire process, the student-led Career Development Committee works closely with the Programme Team in honing the cohorts' skill sets and ensuring the process runs smoothly.

We have been hiring from Vedica for three years now. I find their focus on teaching the often-ignored skills of listening, collaboration and empathy to be highly effective. Each of the students we hired are doing well in their roles and took very little ramp-up time once they came on board. While we hire from other colleges, I am yet to find a better equivalent to Vedica when it comes to hiring MBA graduates.

What made us do this is our experience with the shadow mentees, the recruits from Vedica are diligent, smart working and knowledgeable. In the present world which is disruptive on a daily basis, Vedica has imbibed in them to keep themselves updated and understand their roles and responsibilities. Their internship and shadow mentee programs have helped students brush shoulders with the best in class industry leaders and has put them in the 'top percentile of the employability quotient'.
