An untiring and motivated graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, Siya is a history student with an ever-growing curiosity and thirst for knowledge. She has also worked with Muskaan (New Delhi), a Non-Government Organisation for differently abled adults and takes up voluntary work like working at the Kasauli Leprosarium, all of which have helped her enhance her emotional literacy, patience, and positive outlook. She has a keen interest in reading and literature, and has occasionally written poetry and articles for journals and college magazines. A sense of responsibility was inculcated in her at an early stage, after having represented her batch at Leadership Programmes in school and also being chosen for an educational exchange program to St. Huge’s College, Oxford University, UK. She has often been involved in sports like basketball, hockey and swimming, and has even represented the Himachal Pradesh shooting team at State events. She also likes to take up art projects, discover new places, music and different cultures.
