Dr. Abhishek Tiwary is currently the Global Head of People and Culture at KPMG Delivery Network, based out of New York. As a global executive with a career spanning over 25 years, Abhishek has run HR functions for global enterprises through their growth journeys. Through his leadership journey across multiple roles and in different parts of the world, Abhishek has endeavored to lead business leaders into adopting a ‘people-first’ mindset for sustainable business growth. He believes that this has led to creating sustainable and thriving organizational ecosystems that empower people to live and work with pride and passion. Abhishek has worked in a variety of sectors including Technology, Consulting, Professional Services, Media, and the Government. He started his career as an officer in the Indian Navy and is a proud alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla. Abhishek earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior (OB) from IIM Lucknow - his doctoral research focused on causal relationships between automation at the workplace and its emotional outcomes for employees. He is passionate about DEI and has sought to create inclusive workplaces. He devotes a part of his time as a mentor to individuals from underserved communities, transitioning military members, veterans, and students. He also volunteers his time as a speaker, writer, and a board member serving academic institutions and technology startups.

Amit, 47 years old, is an Accountant and Management graduate by qualification and is based in Singapore. Amit is the Founder and Chief Investment officer (CIO) of Amaya Growth Fund in India, a category III long-only Indian Equity market AIF registered with SEBI.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Advisers, Amit has advised on various complex education and real estate transactions and advises funds on Indian investment opportunities. Phoenix has two offices: Delhi and Singapore.

At Amaya Ventures, a single-family office registered in Singapore with a 13O exemption from MAS, Amit oversees his family\'s investments across asset classes globally. Amit also serves as Chairman of the Asia Board of HONO.AI.

In his previous roles as CEO of InterGlobe Real Estate Ventures, Amit set up a Real Estate fund for InterGlobe Enterprises and managed an AUM of $350m.

Before his role at InterGlobe, Amit founded \'The Phoenix Fund\', a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Scheme for which Amit was the CIO.

He was also the founder and director of GRAAVAA, which mined, processed, and retailed natural stone (Granite, Marble, Travertine, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Stones).

Amit is also a keen collector of modern Indian art and has started broadening his horizons by collecting Southeast Asian Art.

At his alma mater, ISB, Amit is a Benefactor, has served on the advisory council of the Endowment Fund, and was a member of the Admissions Committee for several years. He was also instrumental in conceptualising and seeding the school\'s endowment and is one of the co-founders of ISB\'s Family Business Forum. Currently, Amit chairs the Advisory Board of I-Ventures Immersive (IVI), a program for startups.

Amit has served on the advisory board of Udayan Care, an NGO for abandoned and orphaned children, and is a Founding Philanthropist at the Nudge Institute. Through the Amaya Foundation (Singapore), Amit is working with Institutes of Public Character (IPC) and the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) to benefit Senior Citizens and Children\'s Education.

Amit was also part of \"Champions of Change,\" a policymaking program initiated by Niti Aayog, India. He is a member of the YPO Delhi and YPO Pan Asia Chapters, where he serves as the Assistant Learning Officer. He also serves on the Harvard Club of Singapore\'s nomination committee for 2024-25 and 2025-26.

For seven years at ABB, a world leader in industrial digitalization, Audrey led the global talent team, while also overseeing a talent and learning transformation program to harmonize processes and gain efficiencies.
Before that, Audrey led talent management and leadership development at Wolseley, the world\'s leading distributor of plumbing and heating products (5,000 locations, 27 countries).
Audrey has been a Board Member of the Global Alliance of Management Schools (CEMS) for over 10 years, ESADE Business School for 3 years and also sits on the Advisory Council for the Vedica Women’s Alliance.
A native of the US, she has spent the last 20 years living and working in the UK, Switzerland and now France.

Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is the CEO of Consultancy 20-first, one of the world’s leading gender consultancy firms. She also lectures at both INSEAD and HEC business schools. She has been recognised by ELLE magazine as one of the Top 40 Women Leading Change.

Professor Dana Brown is the Founding Principal and Pro Vice-Chancellor, Enterprise of Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS) at DeMontfort University. Under her leadership, Vedica has partnered with LCBS through which the Scholars get an opportunity to join the Global MBA at Leicester Castle Business School after completing 18 months of instruction at Vedica.

Dana Brown was the Executive Director of the MBA at Said Business School, University of Oxford. She has been Professor of Strategy at EMLYON Business School and a University Lecturer in International Business at Said Business School. Dana has taught in MBA and Executive Education programs including UK, US, France, China, Russia, Denmark, Spain and Egypt. Her research interests focus on the way national employment and social policies affect business strategies and the intersection of public and private roles in determining policies that affect labor and environmental management. She holds a BA in Political Science and Slavic Languages from Rutgers University, an MPhil in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Political Science from MIT.

Dr Shefaly Yogendra works closely with Owner led as well as Professional Manager led organisations in their journey towards enhanced resilience. Her areas of focus are — Technology Innovation, Risk & Foresight Management, and Governance Practices. Shefaly’s thought leadership on themes such as decision-making, AI, GRC, investment, and future skills is widely recognised. She is a popular keynote speaker and podcast guest discussing these themes and how they feature in boardrooms. She has been cited widely in media and in books. She is currently writing a book on her exhilarating and sometimes challenging decade in boardrooms. With an engineering mindset, an entrepreneurial temperament, and ease with complexity, Shefaly identifies both emerging trends and opportunities ahead of many. This has helped her advise a cross-section of stakeholders on foresight, product innovation, policy and risk assessment. Shefaly is an alumna of IIM Ahmedabad and University of Cambridge, where she read for a PhD in decision making a subject she teaches at Vedica since inception. She was earlier a Research Fellow in MIT\'s Engineering Systems Division.

A Baker scholar at Harvard Business School, Joanna Barsh is director Emeritus at McKinsey & Company and author of Centred Leadership and How Remarkable Women Lead. Joanna serves on the Genesco board and Sesame Workshop and is a strong advocate of women’s rights.

Tiger has spent the last 30+ years of his career as a C-suite leader driving digital and business transformation in the global enterprise space. He played a pivotal role in pioneering a new global business services model and built and transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a 130,000+ people, $4.5 B+ revenue enterprise with operations in 30+ countries. The company serves 300 of the Fortune 500 enterprises. After serving as Genpact’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2024, he transitioned to his successor and now continues on the Board. He is also on the boards of Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company; Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider; MathCo, a data, analytics and AI solutions provider for CPG, Retail and Life Science companies; and the SP Jain London School of Management. Tiger is a Senior Advisor to BCG , HighRadius, BridgeGreen and CNEXT, as well as a few PE and VC firms particularly focused on digital technology, Gen AI, AI/ML and SAAS business investments. As the CEO of Genpact, Tiger played a strategic role in shaping the company and was intimately involved in driving the leverage of GenAI and other cloud technologies as well as data and analytics in large global corporations across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare and HiTech industries. He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, building global talent and leaders, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture. He also coaches and mentors teams and leaders particularly on topics of scaling businesses, leveraging technology, AI and analytics and leadership and culture in an AI world. Prior to Genpact, Tiger spent many years at the Unilever Group, Citibank, and GE in a variety of roles spanning sales, global technology and operations, risk management, and business leadership. Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He now splits his time between London, New York, and Mumbai.

Utsav Baijal is Partner and Head of India Private Equity at Apollo, where he also manages AION Capital Partners, a strategic partnership between Apollo and ICICI Bank Ltd. that advises on India-focused investments. Utsav has worked across private equity, mezzanine and credit investments across the US and Asian markets and has served on the board of directors of IGT Solutions, Clix Capital, PlanetCast Media Services, Welspun Corp, and DishTV.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2008, Utsav was with the private equity team at Bain Capital. Previously, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. across the New Delhi and Hong Kong offices and one of the founding members of the Firm’s corporate finance practice in India.

Utsav graduated from St. Stephen’s College/University of Delhi with a degree in Economics and received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He is a Fellow of the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship and an Aspen Fellow.
