After doing her BA in Psychology, Philosophy, and Political Science, Vaishnavi completed her MA in Public Policy from Saint Xavier's College, Mumbai. She has worked on-field in two challenging internships in the development sector with Suez International and the Government of Maharashtra, respectively. Following this, she endeavoured to gain experience in the corporate field through HR and marketing internships and a short stint in content writing. She is interested in exploring new domains to understand collective collaboration and fulfil her quest of finding the right path for her, which drove her towards Vedica's pluridisciplinary and holistic curriculum. Vaishnavi loves the rain, tea, and reading novels. She is passionate about learning and feels strongly about women's empowerment.
