Native of City of Joy, Preeti is a B. Com graduate from the University of Calcutta, followed which she worked in Cognizant Technology Services in the capacity of a Systems Executive. Being a "people's person" she was a constant support to her teammates and a "box of fun" for her love for adventure. Out of all of her multifaceted interests in dance, arts and sports she was felicitated with Chitra Ratna Award on completion of Diploma in Arts.

Inspired from her mother, she aspires to break the norms and be the change the society needs today. Vedica's empowering vision strongly resonates to her beliefs. She knew she found her Ikigai when she learned Vedica emphasizes on not only shaping a professional but also a leader. Growing up reading Maya Angelou, Preeti defines herself as "I’m a woman. Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s me."
