A multi-dimensional management undergraduate with a penchant for problem solving, Kinjal hails from the geographical centre of India, Nagpur. She is an effective communicator and a creative thinker, who loves exploring varied interests. After representing her school at the district level in cricket, she moved on to trying her hands in planning and organizing community centric, youth driven events in the not for profit space. Her strong customer focus and proficient leadership skills made her the youngest female to be selected for the executive body of AIESEC in Nagpur, a global youth development movement. She is adaptive, responsible and accountable, with a pleasant disposition, and allows her work to speak for her.
